The Prep children (and myself) are very happy to be back in our classroom again after almost three weeks in the library.

We are continuing to explore shape and pattern and how these are useful in making sense of our environment.

Animals are another very popular topic of discussion and we have discovered that their patterns communicate to other animals as well as helping them to hide in their environments for different reasons.

We have created and continued shape patterns and are now exploring number patterns.
