Welcome to the “Who are your Franklin Primary School Association representatives for 2021”
Amanda Bennett- Treasurer
I’m Amanda Bennett, I have three gorgeous kids aged from 6 to 15 months. My eldest Rori is in year 1. I am the Treasurer for the Franklin Primary School Association. I have been in the valley my whole life and have enjoyed watching my friend’s kids grow up and enjoy more things now. Please feel free to contact me if you have any ideas on how to make the school even better. Thank you.
Thanks again to Woolworths Huonville who kindly donated the sausages and bread for the end of Term 2 BBQ.
The Association has a lot of fundraising ideas planned for Term 3. These include a quiz night, win a Lenova ideapad and father’s day breakfast.
Information about all of these will be heading home soon with students and will also be placed on the school Facebook page and school association Facebook group. So watch this space!!!!
The next school association meeting is being held on Monday 30th August at 3:15pm.
Parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to attend to talk about what they would like to see happen within the school for 2021 and beyond! Alternatively, you can email your agenda item to the Associations secretary Heidi at hvanderreest@huonaqua.com.au and we can raise it on your behalf and provide feedback.
The School Association is a great way to be involved with your child’s life at school and to bring about positive change and improvements.

FATHERS DAY BREAKFAST – save the date!
The Franklin Primary School Association is hosting a FREE Father’s Day Breakfast on Thursday 2nd September from 8am.
Students are encouraged to invite their dads, grandparent, guardian, uncles or special person to come enjoy a free bacon and egg roll and coffee on US! A notice will go home with students shortly with a slip to RSVP for catering purposes.
