Our Inquiry focus on ‘Our World’ has been continuing to develop in the 5/6 class, with students taking the reins to teach the class about a particular country that they have an interest in or connection with. These mini-lessons have been outstanding so far, with very professional and informative presentations. In relation to our Inquiry, we have been investigating and graphing population statistics over time as well as creating our own flags of various countries around the world. We are also progressing well in maths with our fractions and decimals focus this term. We had a great time at Badminton last Friday. We are very lucky to have a genuine Olympic coach in Lasse Bundgaard, guiding us to improve our badminton skills. Thanks very much to Mr Mitchell for organising this for us.
