Year one have been enjoying their new Inquiry unit “What is change”, currently students are exploring how technology has changed over time. After some interesting donations from the Huonville tip shop, we started on our wonderings for what these weird items might be. After making predictions of what might be inside, we started “tinkering”. Class one hope to make insects with all the parts they have collected inspired by Lance Balchin’s book Mechanica.
